How Can severe Cough Along With Kidney Pain Be Treated?

I got sick about a week ago and have been starting to cough a lot and since then has experienced a lot of pain in my back or my left kidney region is. I am not too sure if this pain could be caused from coughing or if it could be something more serious. It has been a week and I am not coughing as much but I still have certain pain in my left kidney is located, almost seems like muscle pool but it seems like it should ve gotten better by now.

Severe cough doesn't relate to pain kidney. Pain of kidney that is called renal colic, is caused by stone in kidney or ureter. This pain happens because of peristaltic of smooth muscle in pelvic renalis or ureter to push this stone. I think you should visit urologist to solve this pain.
